Last half term we had our first Science Week. This was great fun! Throughout the week we carried out lots of different investigations about Forces.
We carried out fair tests by only changing one thing and looked at different ways of recording our results. We also learnt about Sir Isaac Newton who is famous for his work on gravity and studying the planets. We enjoyed finding out about other famous scientists and why they are famous.
This half term we are looking at traditional stories and thinking about the characters, the settings, the problem in the story and how the problem is solved. We are looking forward to Adam Bushnell coming into school and working with us. Following on from his visit we are going to be telling and writing stories.
