Happy New Year to you all
Thank you from all the staff for all our cards and gifts.
From the week beginning 16th January we will be having a whole school story book week. Each day our theme will be a different well known story. On Wednesday 18th January our theme and focus will be ‘The three little pigs’ On this day children can get dressed up for the theme. Children can be one of the characters from the story. These are just some ideas of what the children can wear.
3 little pigs (jeans, shirt, mask)
Mummy pig (skirt, apron, mask)
Wolf (jeans, shirt, mask)
The children will be involved in acting and retelling the story with the staff.
We have really enjoyed using our new canopy to its full potential. Each day we plan different focused activities for the children to take part in outside along with all the continuous provision which is out on a daily basis.
The children are beginning to become more independent when putting on their own coats and wellies. Please can you continue to encourage this at home.
Thank you for the voluntary contributions for baking and snack activities. The children really enjoy baking and preparing a snack. The children particularly enjoyed having hot chocolate after we had been on a walk round the school grounds.
Thank you for your continued support.
