Further Children's Centre Support Available For Families
Nursery Transition
We work with Kirk Sandall Infant School and Canon Popham C.O.E School to provide a transition programme for children starting Nursery. We identify children from each Nursery who we feel would benefit from taking part in this programme.
The aim of this programme is to enable the children to learn the necessary skills and routines in a small environment before entering the school Nursery.
Family Support
All families experience difficulties at some time and it can be hard to know what to do for the best. Here at the Beak Children's Centre we have a qualified team who are experienced in supporting families with many different issues. Support can be provided in a variety of ways, including one-to-one support, home visits, group work and advocacy.
