Preschoolers Extra Needs, Growing Up In a Nurturing Space

 

Penguins is a pre school play group specifically for children with additional needs.  The aim of the group is to provide a stimulating and caring environment that promotes the learning and development of your child.  Support and advice on child development will be provided by our trained staff.

Parents are welcome to stay in the play room with their child or alternatively relax with other parents and enjoy a coffee in another room within the centre.

Children do not need a specific diagnosis to attend this group but must be either referred by Parents, Professionals or Children Centre Staff.

Activities will include:

• Sand and water play
• Painting
• Messy play
• Role Play
• Construction
• Small world
• Investigation
• Outdoor Play
