Children In Need 2010

Children in the school forum decided that we should sell lots of different things to raise money for ‘Children in Need’.

We decided that we would like to sell key rings, wrist bands and Pudsey ears. The children helped to write a letter to tell the whole school that they were selling things in the hall in the morning.

Two of the children came into school early and helped to set up the table and then to sell the merchandise. The other children from school forum sold Pudsey bear teddies in the classrooms.

We also decided to have a coffee morning at the same time to raise some more money. The ladies in the kitchen worked very hard to make special Pudsey buns and cakes.

Some of the governors came to help. They worked hard face painting as lots of children wanted a Pudsey on their cheek!

We also had a non-uniform day. All the children and staff could come wearing yellow, red or spotty clothes!

We were very proud that we raised over £780 for Children in Need!
