External doors remain locked until end of the session.  Member of staff let parents / carers in and monitor who is coming through the door

If an adult asks to go into the main school through the F1 door they must be accompanied by a member of staff

Internal door and door to corridor remain closed at all times except at the beginning and end of sessions

Only known parents / carers will be given access to F1 during a session

When pupils go into the main school or out to the trye park they are constantly supervised

Member of F1 staff at entrance door to F1 once the door has opened monitoring who is entering and preventing and pupils from going back out

Any unknown adult is prevented from entering the F1 unit by staff and sent around to main entrance

All F1 pupils supervised on the carpet area and then handed over to parents/carers individually. If there are any concerns there is a telephone in F1 so can contact the office or check up on any unknown adult arriving to collect a pupil

Pupils are only allowed to leave / go through the doors with an adult

If staff are unable to accompany an adult / or there are any concerns about they will be sent around the outside to the main entrance

All staff regularly reminded about closing doors after them

All other visitors must go to the main entrance and sign in / identity checked etc

Doors are safely closed behind groups of pupils

Any pupil needing to go back into F1 for the toilet will be accompanied by a member of staff
