Visitors must ring the bell and only be admitted immediately if they are known by the member of staff looking at the internal screen

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

All visitors must sign in and display their identity on the pouch provided whilst in the building

 

 

 

Any parent or carer collecting a pupil during the school day must complete the relevant form in the school office

 

 

 

Parents / carers are admitted to the school building by a member of staff or coach / leader of the club

 

 

No access to the office area except for members of staff

 

 

 

 

 

 

Any unknown visitor must be asked for identity and show identity once they are admitted to the building

If there are any concerns about the identity of a visitor on arrival they must be asked to provide a telephone number so identity can be checked or post identity through the letter box prior to being admitted

 

 

 

A copy of the form must be given to the member of staff responsible for the child at the time
