The new school year has arrived already and the Children’s Centre team are busy planning and delivering many new sessions. (Look out for the new Autumn/Winter timetable).
We still have places available on the Health and Wellbeing course starting on Tuesday 20th September 1pm – 3pm. Please contact the Children’s Centre to confirm your place. Crèche is also available but booking is essential.
A relaxed informal group is available for all parents aged 24 and under every Monday 11.30am-1pm. Free lunch is provided for everyone who attends. Please call the centre for further details or just call in on the day.
Come and join us on Saturday 1st October for our Dad’s Club session for many fun activities and free bacon sandwiches for everyone at the cost of £1 per family. We look forward to seeing you there.
We are now up and running in the Clay Lane Information and Community Shop. Join us every Tuesday at 1.15pm and Wednesday’s at 9.30am for our Stay and Play sessions. There is no need to book these sessions.
‘Calling all parents’, are you struggling to manage the behaviour of your child, or do you just need information and ideas to help improve your family relationship? A new Incredible Years Parenting Programme is starting on Friday 4th November 9.15am-11.15am at the Clay Lane Information and Community Shop. Crèche is also available. Please contact the Children’s Centre to book your place.
As many of you are aware the school’s ‘After School Club’ is now delivered by members of the school and BEAK staff. There are currently still some vacancies before and after school if any parents are interested in using this high quality provision.
The club is open for breakfast from 7.30am – 8.45am at a cost of £4 and after school from 3.30pm – 6.00pm at a cost of £7.25.
