We have lots to tell you about the Children’s Centre this month!

Christmas

We now have our Christmas Timetable available showing all of the activities leading up to Christmas. We have 2 Christmas parties on Wednesday 16th 1.00pm -2.30pm and Thursday 17th December 10.30am-12.00pm. To book places please contact the Children’s Centre.

Financial Support

The Doncaster North Development Trust are here every 2 weeks on a Tuesday morning providing free and confidential support and information on a range of issues including debt management, benefits and budgeting. The next session is Tuesday 2nd December between 9.00am and 12.00pm, you do not need to book.

Relate Counselling

Relate will be here every Friday morning between 9.00am & 12.00pm providing counselling for couples, families or individuals linked to relationships, separation and loss. There is a small charge of £15.00 per session which is a discounted rate (usual cost is £45.00) but this can be lowered if you are unable to pay. To book sessions please ring the centre confidentially.

Mobile Children’s Centre

We are out and about at the local schools from this week providing our services out in Edenthorpe, Barnby Dun & Canon Popham every Monday on a rotational basis. Dates up to Christmas are:
23/11/09-Barnby Dun, 8.30-10.30 am with the Story Bus
30/11/09-Canon Popham, 8.30-10.30 am with the Story Bus
7/12/09-Edenthorpe Hall 8.00-10.30am
8/12/09-Barnby Dun Primary 8.00-10.30aam
9/12/09-Canon Popham Primary 8.00-10.30am
We will be able to provide smoking cessation, family support, play activities and much more.
